PCA is hiring a Production Operator for its Dallas corrugated packaging business. The role prepares machines for production runs, stamps products, cleans and oils equipment, coordinates pallets, monitors running orders, and palletizes finished products. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic instruction comprehension, overtime and weekend availability, U.S. work authorization, and the ability to work around machinery and forklift traffic; one year of packaging or manufacturing experience is preferred. The starting salary is $22.82 per hour, with annual performance-based bonus, paid vacation, holidays, and medical, dental, and vision coverage available within the first 30 days.
