Description
Hood Container Corporation is hiring a full-time, on-site Corrugator Supervisor to lead the third-shift corrugator production team at its Houston, Texas facility. The role oversees operators, maintenance, and shipping personnel; monitors production quality and efficiency; coordinates equipment maintenance; enforces safety and quality standards; maintains production records; and trains and mentors team members. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of corrugator or related manufacturing experience, at least four years of supervisory experience, and consistent availability for the third shift. An associate degree, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience, corrugator maintenance knowledge, production software proficiency, and non-durable goods manufacturing experience are preferred.
