DriveTime Family of Brands is hiring a Cosmetic Reconditioning Technician to inspect, repair, and cosmetically restore pre-owned vehicles. The role includes glass repairs, equipment maintenance, performance logging, quality and throughput targets, workstation inspections, and communication with supervisors and managers. Candidates must be proficient in automotive repairs, able to troubleshoot basic concerns, meet performance targets, operate basic computer systems, and hold a high school diploma or GED, an automotive technology certificate or associate degree, or two years of equivalent automotive repair experience, along with a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
