The Counter Manager develops and supervises Beauty Advisors in Bloomingdale’s cosmetic department, leading client relationships, service quality, product knowledge, merchandise presentation, sales, and operational performance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of related experience, flexible retail scheduling, and the ability to work on the sales floor, use technology and register equipment, and lift up to 25 pounds.
