The Counter Manager develops and supervises a team of Beauty Advisors in Bloomingdale’s cosmetics floor, leading client relationships, service quality, product knowledge, merchandise presentation, sales, and operational performance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of related experience, retail flexibility, and the ability to work extended periods on the sales floor.
