Description
Velocity is hiring a full-time Cost Accountant to analyze and control manufacturing costs, establish and maintain standard costs, monitor variances, forecast financial impacts, reconcile accounts, and support GAAP-compliant reporting and audits. The role partners with engineering, production, the Controller, and executive leadership to improve profitability and recommend cost-reduction processes, requiring a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and at least three years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing, job-shop, or custom-build environment.
