Brentwood Industries is hiring a Cost Accounting Manager to manage the cost accounting department and maintain cost accounting records across its global organization. The role oversees inventory and E&O reserves, manufacturing budgets, cost and profitability reporting, variance and ROI analysis, financial close, cost-accounting systems, staff training, and auditor collaboration. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 5–7 years of experience, ERP familiarity, and proficiency with Microsoft applications; Syteline and Power BI experience are preferred.
