Description
The Cost & Procurement Manager supports data center development projects across Japan from early project initiation through procurement and contract execution. The role performs cost analysis, estimate review, quantity verification, budgeting, RFP/RFQ preparation, tender support, contractor selection, contract review, and negotiation. It is a hands-on position reporting to the Director, Cost & Procurement, with 15–20% travel and work locations in Osaka and Tokyo. Candidates need at least five years of construction cost management, estimating, or estimate review experience, along with Japanese and English communication skills.
