Description
The Construction Cost Manager leads project cost management, forecasting, change management, financial controls, and commercial decision-making for large-scale industrial construction projects. The role serves as the primary cost interface with clients, owners, subcontractors, vendors, and project leadership; manages project cost reporting and risk mitigation; and leads a team of 8–15 Cost Engineers and Project Controls professionals. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of progressive construction experience, and expertise in project controls and commercial management. The position is fully in-office or at a project jobsite and pays $100,000 to $160,000 DOE plus incentives.
