Description
The role is responsible for recording inventory transactions, monitoring food and beverage costs and inventory movements, supporting physical inventory counts and reconciliations, maintaining recipe and product costing data, preparing periodic reports, supporting month-end closing, and collaborating with operational teams to reduce waste and improve cost control. It requires a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, at least two years of relevant experience, knowledge of costing and variance analysis, Excel proficiency, and strong analytical and organizational skills.
