Description
The Food and Beverage Finance Manager supports the planning and control of the hotel’s Food and Beverage department through financial reporting, inventory and cost analysis, budgeting, standard-costing, competitor analysis, and performance monitoring. The role also oversees HACCP and basic food-safety compliance and requires a finance or accounting diploma, at least two years of similar experience in a 3 or 4-star hotel, English proficiency, Microsoft Office and FutureLog skills, and strong leadership and communication abilities. The position is for Indonesian citizens only.
