The role manages project budgets, forecasts, expenditures, cost variances, reports, change orders, claims, audits, and financial processes while collaborating with project managers and engineers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, construction management, or a related field, at least seven years of cost control, financial analysis, or project management experience in construction or engineering, and proficiency with cost management software, project management tools, and Microsoft Excel. The position offers hybrid work options.
