Description
The role analyzes and monitors workforce-management costs, develops and manages budgets, forecasts costs, performs variance analysis, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and improves cost-control processes. It also collaborates with finance, human resources, and operations; prepares reports and presentations; and communicates cost-related recommendations to stakeholders. The position requires at least three years of experience as a Workforce Management Planner/Scheduler or Cost Controller, a diploma or bachelor's degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
