Cost Controller at Mace Construct

The Cost Controller will join Mace Construct’s Project Controls team for the £800m HS2 Curzon Street station project in Birmingham. The role oversees financial and commercial aspects of the construction project, including budget development, cost and quantity tracking, Earned Value Management, forecasting, change-order processing, financial reporting, and cost-related risk management. Candidates should have strong knowledge of cost control, project management software such as Primavera or SAP, analytical and communication skills, and attention to detail; experience on large construction projects and commercial management knowledge are preferred.
