Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Cost Controller to administer and maintain cost-control systems for medium-complexity construction projects, prepare and review cost estimates, analyze fee proposals and bids, provide forecasts and cash-flow analysis, maintain cost reports, support project schedules, develop reporting tools, and perform earned-value analysis. The role also involves building spreadsheets, extracting and reconciling data, maintaining audit trails, and potentially supporting SOX controls. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a construction- or cost-management-related field and 3–5 years of relevant construction cost-management experience.
