Description
The Food & Beverage Cost Controller will oversee food and beverage cost control, inventory management, receiving controls, purchasing audits, stock reconciliation, reporting, and profitability across SLS Baha Mar’s outlets. The role partners with Finance, Purchasing, Receiving, Culinary, and F&B Operations; supports menu pricing and menu engineering; maintains inventory records and stock control systems; and participates in month-end close and audits. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with accounting or hospitality finance certification, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with POS, inventory, and accounting systems.
