Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Cost Controller / Engineer for its Energy & Natural Resources division to manage and control project costs across work packages and projects of varying complexity. The role oversees cost tracking, contract and commitment registers, forecasts, variance analysis, reporting, contract administration, and coordination with the Contract Manager, while supporting project delivery within approved budgets, schedules, and quality standards. Candidates need senior cost engineering experience, project controls expertise, a relevant bachelor’s degree, professional certifications, strong analytical and communication skills, SAP knowledge, and experience with multicultural international project teams.
