Description
Waagner Biro Bridge Services is hiring a Cost Controller in Dubai to support the financial management and cost control of infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Portfolio Performance Controller, the role reviews project budgets, analyzes variances and earned-value metrics, supports cash-flow and financial reporting, assists with budgeting, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and performs cost-benefit analysis. The position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or commerce, junior cost-control or financial-management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, accounting and EVM knowledge, and proficiency with Excel; IFRS15 and reporting standards are preferred. Immediate joiners are preferred.
