Description
The role is an independent R&D contributor reporting to a QMT Manager, responsible for leading or supporting R&D teams in cost-reduction activities for energy distribution products. Responsibilities include Design for Assembly and Manufacturing analysis, Should Cost analysis, cross-functional workshops, documentation, and presenting analysis results to customers. The position requires a master's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, experience in product or part design, analytical and creative thinking, and English communication skills.
