Mattel Brick Shop is hiring a Cost Engineer at its manufacturing plant in Monterey, Mexico to support the development of construction toy products. The role covers product cost estimation, cost modeling, value engineering, cost analysis, supplier and manufacturing cost evaluation, cost reporting, and the development of scalable costing methodologies and tools. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, at least three years of experience in cost engineering or a related function, strong analytical and Excel skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.
