RCM is hiring a permanent Cost Engineer in Denver to manage budgets, cost tracking, cash flow forecasting, financial reporting, change orders, vendor and contractor invoices, and cost dashboards across a portfolio of hyperscale data center construction projects. The role requires 8–15+ years of experience in construction cost engineering, project controls, or commercial management, along with expertise in heavy commercial, industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects and strong Excel and financial modeling skills. Compensation is $175,000 plus bonus and benefits, with medical, dental, and vision coverage.
