Description
Techno is hiring an experienced Cost Engineer to support a major water supply and reservoir infrastructure initiative at the Hillview Reservoir in Yonkers, New York. The role develops budgets, cost estimates, and cash flow forecasts; tracks expenditures and variances; prepares cost reports; reviews contractor invoices, payment applications, and change requests; supports change order and claim evaluations; and coordinates cost data with project schedules and multidisciplinary teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, finance, or a related discipline, at least five years of cost engineering or project controls experience on NYCDEP capital projects, and experience with large-scale water, wastewater, or reservoir infrastructure programs. Compensation is $40-$60 per hour, with health, dental, life, and vision insurance and other benefits.
