ALTEN is hiring a Cost Engineer to support complex, high-value projects in the nuclear and energy sectors. The role focuses on maintaining budgets and forecasts, validating costs and variances, supporting change control, preparing cost reports and dashboards, contributing to project reviews, and improving cost systems. It is based in Bridgewater, Somerset, with an on-site requirement of 3–4 days per week, BPSS clearance, and 4–10 years of relevant experience. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or project management or equivalent military experience, along with advanced Excel, Power Query, and data-analysis skills.
