The KOSTAL Group is hiring a Cost Engineer / Project Calculator to create and develop manufacturing cost calculations, analyze product and production concepts, execute business cases and target-costing analyses, monitor costs through development and series production, and coordinate cost data with international teams. The role requires a technical degree, approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of cost accounting and target costing, professional English, and proficiency with Excel, ERP/SAP, and business-case tools. The position is based in Lüdenscheid or Dortmund and offers a 35-hour workweek, flexible working models, and additional benefits.
