KSA Integration is hiring a full-time Cost Estimator to support the Marine Corps Installations Command Facilities Directorate. The role provides cost research and market analysis for Independent Government Cost Estimates, compiles historical cost data, conducts commercial market and vendor research, maintains cost data libraries, and produces structured IGCE cost-support packages. The position is contingent upon award, located at MCB Quantico, Virginia, with an anticipated start date in Fall 2026, and requires a bachelor's degree, 4–6 years of relevant experience, IGCE and federal cost-estimating familiarity, RSMeans or equivalent database proficiency, strong Excel and data-management skills, and an active Secret clearance.
