Description
The employer is seeking a Cost Estimator to support its technical and commercial areas by preparing and updating construction and energy-renovation estimates, quotations, and tender offers. The role involves analyzing design documents and site inspections, estimating labor, materials, rentals, and subcontracting costs, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, and maintaining price lists and estimation software. Candidates need an architectural, civil-engineering, or surveying qualification, 3–5 years of experience as a cost estimator or estimator, and knowledge of estimation software and advanced Excel. The position offers a fixed RAL of 40,000–45,000 euros under an indefinite-term contract under the Construction CCNL.
