OCMI, Inc. is hiring a fully remote Cost Estimator to support federal government construction projects. The role leads estimating efforts across the project lifecycle, including conceptual estimates, quantity takeoffs, change order reviews, reconciliations, value engineering, cost analysis, quality control, vendor research, and client and consultant communication. Candidates need at least five years of cost estimating experience, proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff and MII/PACES, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to pass a background check and obtain HSPD-12 Federal Contractor clearance. The position offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) match, paid leave, and $145,000–$175,000 in compensation.
