The role supports preparation and review of cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, pricing, estimate models, software data entry, quality assurance, vendor research, and client communication for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Candidates should have one to three years of construction industry experience, preferably involving MEP scopes, along with strong communication and organizational skills; Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and On-Screen Takeoff experience are preferred. The position offers a hybrid schedule, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K match, paid leave, and compensation of $105,000 to $125,000.
