Description
SPITZKE is hiring a Cost Estimator (m/f/d) at its GVZ Berlin Süd site in Großbeeren to prepare tender and contract cost estimates for complex rail infrastructure and large-scale construction projects. The role also supports construction scheduling, variations and change orders, coordination with site and project management, supplier and subcontractor negotiations, and maintenance of cost-estimating data. A completed degree in civil engineering or business engineering focused on construction is required, while initial site experience or professional experience in site supervision or cost estimating is advantageous; career changes are supported through further qualification.
