Köster is hiring a full-time Cost Estimator in its Central Estimating Department in Stuttgart for design-and-build construction projects. The role covers bid processing, tender review, quantity and cost estimation, coordination with planners and subcontractors, cost-optimization proposals, quote comparison, contract-negotiation support, and estimating-database and digital-process development. Candidates need a civil-engineering or architecture degree or comparable qualification, initial estimating or building-construction project experience, strong IT skills, and familiarity with quantity takeoff and estimating software such as Bluebeam or RIB iTWO.
