Description
The Cost Excellence Manager will lead cost optimization, operational efficiency, and OPEX transformation initiatives across a global dental solutions company. Responsibilities include identifying cost-reduction opportunities, leading OPEX programs from analysis through implementation, improving cost structures with business partners, establishing KPIs and benchmarking, advising senior stakeholders, supporting global transformation, and preparing business cases. The role requires a degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, at least six years of relevant experience, expertise in financial analysis, cost modeling, and benchmarking, and experience in multinational or matrix organizations.
