Williams International is hiring a Cost Management Analyst to prepare, audit, and analyze cost and performance data for aerospace research and development programs. The role supports the monthly forecast cycle, budget baselines, earned value management, cost accumulation, purchase order and inventory audits, financial reporting, variance analysis, and proposal cost justification. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 0–3 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with Excel and database systems, and U.S. citizenship; PMP is preferred and a U.S. Government security clearance may be required.
