The role supports capital projects across cost estimating, capital planning, procurement, vendor management, cost reporting and forecasting, change management, financial close, and performance benchmarking. Candidates should have 0–2 years of industry experience and a bachelor’s or master’s degree, with construction management, construction science, engineering, project management, or general business degrees preferred. The base salary is $70,000–$98,000 per year.
