AECOM is hiring a Cost Manager in Leuven to support Project Managers with cost control across a diverse portfolio of projects. The role covers budget monitoring, cost reviews, value engineering, change orders, contractor invoicing, payment certificates, final-account settlement, cost reporting, client and internal advisory, and bidding support. Candidates need at least five years of similar experience, knowledge of Belgian cost management practices, strong accuracy and client focus, and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project; English and Dutch or French fluency is advantageous.
