Description

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager to support the delivery of large-scale advanced manufacturing projects. The role manages project budgets, cost forecasts, procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, claims, reporting, cash flow, and commercial risk across CSA or MEP trade packages. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 5–10 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or commercial management, with experience in advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial, pharmaceutical, technology, or mission-critical projects preferred.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline

Strong experience in CSA works, including structural, architectural, façade, or building envelope packages
Strong experience in MEP works, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building services systems
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial, pharmaceutical, technology, or mission-critical projects
Consultancy, contractor, or client-side experience
