Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support feasibility studies, procurement, cost estimation, tendering, cost control, post-contract variations, valuations, monthly cost reporting, value engineering, final-account negotiations, and client and stakeholder collaboration. The role also involves leading cost management teams, developing client relationships, preparing bid documentation, improving cost-management processes, monitoring financial performance through FMS, and contributing to lessons learned and commission management. Candidates should be degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, MRICS qualified or working toward that qualification, and have UK cost-management experience in the real estate or property sector, including larger, new-build and fit-out projects.
