Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to serve as the day-to-day interface with clients on complex construction projects. The role covers cost planning and estimating, feasibility studies, procurement, cost checks and valuations, post-contract reporting, value engineering, final accounts, and client liaison, with possible leadership of the cost management team. Candidates need at least five years of cost-estimating experience, strong knowledge of construction systems and project disciplines, and fluency in Spanish and English; data center, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, or major construction experience is preferred.
