Drees & Sommer is hiring a Cost Manager to manage budgets, cost estimates, forecasts, fee claims, KPIs, and cost-related project coordination for large-scale building construction projects, with a focus on cost group 400 (building services engineering). The role requires a degree or comparable qualification in supply, building services, energy, or a related field, several years of cost-management experience, knowledge of construction estimating, Excel, AHO, HOAI, and construction software, and strong cross-disciplinary collaboration skills. The position is available full-time or part-time in Stuttgart, Frankfurt am Main, Cologne, Munich, Hamburg, Freiburg, or Ulm, with mobile working supported.
