Description
AECOM is hiring Cost Managers to support infrastructure clients in the Southwest, particularly in water and environment sectors, across highways, rail, and power projects. The role covers cost management from project inception through completion, including feasibility estimates, cost planning, contract procurement, tender documentation, value engineering, commercial awareness, fee generation, risk management, dispute resolution, cost reporting, and final accounts. Candidates should have Cost Management or Quantity Surveying experience, knowledge of NEC4 contracts, experience in integrated multi-organisation teams, a Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent, and MRICS accreditation or membership in progress. The role offers hybrid work options across AECOM offices, remote locations, and client sites.
