Turner & Townsend is hiring a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor for its Denver-area team to support mission-critical data centers, corporate real estate, and infrastructure projects. The role covers procurement and commercial strategy, estimating, cost planning, project controls, cost reporting, change orders, invoicing, final account negotiations, audits, and closeout activities. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant construction or cost-management field and 3–5 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or commercial management within construction. The base salary is $110,000–$130,000 USD, with possible bonuses and benefits.
