Turner & Townsend is hiring a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor for its Bay Area team to support cost consultancy, project management, and program management across large-scale construction, commercial real estate, advanced technology, life sciences, and infrastructure projects. The role covers bid analysis, estimating, cost reporting and forecasting, cost control, change orders, invoicing, post-contract audits, and lessons-learned processes, using construction cost and take-off software. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of construction cost-management experience; RICS accreditation, construction consultancy experience, and knowledge of procurement, value management, and value engineering are preferred. The base salary is $110,000–$140,000 USD, with possible bonuses and benefits.
