Turner & Townsend is hiring a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support construction cost services on a large-scale, multi-phase data center campus in Jefferson, Indiana. The role covers bid analysis, estimating, cost reporting, budget tracking, commercial risk management, payment and change-order review, invoicing, project closeout, and post-contract reviews. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of construction cost-management experience; RICS accreditation, data-center or industrial project experience, and construction consultancy experience are preferred. The role may require on-site presence depending on client needs.
