Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support construction cost services on a large-scale, multi-year campus development program in Reeves County, Texas. The role covers procurement and commercial strategy, estimating, cost reporting and forecasting, cost control, invoicing, vendor and contractor coordination, change orders, post-contract audits, and project handover. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of construction cost management experience, with construction consultancy experience and RICS accreditation or progress toward it advantageous. The role may require on-site presence depending on the client’s needs.
