Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support construction cost services on a large-scale, multi-year campus development program in Reeves County, Texas. The role covers procurement and commercial strategy, bid assessment, estimating, cost reporting and forecasting, cost control, invoicing, vendor and contractor coordination, change orders, post-contract audits, account close-outs, and lessons-learned reviews. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of construction cost-management experience, with construction consultancy experience and RICS accreditation or progress toward it advantageous. The role may require on-site presence depending on the client’s needs.
