Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to support construction cost services on a large-scale, multi-phase greenfield campus development in the St. Louis, Missouri area. The role covers procurement strategy, bid assessment, estimating, cost reporting, vendor and contractor pricing reviews, payment applications, change orders, invoicing, final accounts, audits, dispute avoidance, and project closeout. Candidates must be based in the Chicago, Illinois area and travel to the project site approximately once per month for 2–3 days. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of construction cost management experience are required; construction consultancy experience and RICS accreditation are preferred. The base salary is $110,000–$130,000 USD, with possible bonuses and benefits.
