Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Center Construction at Turner & Townsend

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to support a major multi-phase data center construction program. The role covers cost planning, budgets, estimates, reporting, forecasting, change control, procurement, commercial closeout, cost-risk reviews, and coordination with scheduling and project controls teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3–5+ years of cost management or quantity surveying experience, construction knowledge, and proficiency with cost management tools and Microsoft Office. On-site presence may vary depending on the client’s needs.
