Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support a large-scale life sciences and advanced manufacturing construction program in the Greater Philadelphia area. The client-facing role covers cost management across multiple capital projects, including vendor prequalification, bid analysis, estimating, cost reporting and forecasting, payment and change-order control, invoicing, post-contract audits, and project handover. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field and 3–5 years of relevant construction cost-management experience; construction consultancy experience and RICS accreditation are preferred. On-site presence may vary depending on the client’s needs.
