Turner & Townsend is hiring a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support construction cost consultancy for complex capital projects, including advanced manufacturing, industrial, research and development, and commercial construction. The role covers bid analysis, estimating, cost reporting and forecasting, cost control, change orders, invoicing, post-contract audits, account close-outs, and project handover procedures. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant construction or cost-management field and 3–5 years of relevant construction cost-management experience; RICS accreditation or experience with complex construction projects is preferred. The role may require on-site presence depending on client needs.
