AECOM is recruiting a Cost Manager for rail projects to join its Dublin office. Reporting to the Cost Management Lead, the role covers project budgeting, cost control, procurement, tendering, contract preparation, cost reporting, risk assessment, cash-flow monitoring, and continuous improvement. The position requires a Level 8 degree or equivalent, extensive experience in cost management and major project environments, and expertise in budgeting, construction risk, scheduling, project planning, design, and cost estimating. The role offers hybrid work options and requires in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office.
