Micron Technology is hiring a Cost Strategic Program Engineer to enable Fab15 to achieve best-in-class cost performance and exceed cost business plans. The role manages cost-specific projects and programs, tracks strategic roadmaps and key metrics, coordinates with site and network leadership, escalates program risks, and supports benchmarking and cross-functional project execution. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering or science, at least two years of relevant experience, strong analytical and project-management skills, and familiarity with manufacturing and engineering processes.
